  6. This  short  program  is designed for converting bit values into decimal
  7. numbers and vice versa.

  9. By setting requested bits, which are represented by appropriate gadgets,
  10. you get a decimal number that is the representation of these bits.

  12. Entering a requested value in decimal notation will result in displaying
  13. the bit representation of this value.
